Couples travel from all over the world to the Balearic Islands not just to get married, but also for an epic Mallorca sunset engagement session. It’s one of my favourite parts of being photographer to take couples to insanely beautiful places and capture their love. Whether it’s a scenic mountain backdrop, gorgeous seaside cliffs during the mediterranean sunset or the historical cobbled old town streets of Palma- what better stage can there be when documenting your love story?
I have to start with the fact that Daria and Marijan are the cutest couple in the entire world! Daria wrote me the next day after Marijan asked her to marry him. They were already in Mallorca having holidays when he proposed. When I met them just a few days later, we immediately connected and had the same vision about their engagement session. I love photographing couples who don’t mind a short hike or climb to get to the perfect spot. Daria and Marijan were so easy going and adventurous and totally up for all my ideas. We were running barefoot around the cliffs and sand dunes at the beach, laughing and just enjoying our time together during their Mallorca sunset engagement session. They felt like old friends to me. I truly enjoyed capturing this milestone and hearing all about the proposal details.
I’m so grateful for their trust and already can’t wait to photograph their autumn wedding next year here in Mallorca! Enjoy the pictures- I hope you get inspired <3
